My Warming Winter Tea Recipe 🌿🍋


Here’s how I make this immune-supporting tea to keep me feeling my best all season:


Ingredients:


• 2 lemons, chopped

• 1 large piece of ginger, chopped

• 2 tablespoons turmeric powder

• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

• 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

• 1 tablespoon dried oregano

• 2 tablespoons mullein

• 4 quarts water

• Monk fruit sugar or raw honey (optional, for sweetness)


Instructions:


1. Chop the lemons and ginger into small pieces.


2. In a large pot, combine the lemons, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, cayenne, oregano, and mullein.


3. Pour in 4 quarts of water and bring it to a boil.


4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.


5. Strain into a pitcher or jar, and add monk fruit sugar or honey to taste if you like it a little sweet.


Tip: Adjust the amount of cayenne to your preferred spice level, and remember—the more ginger, the spicier the tea!
